Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred with cost/inventory/operational finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate financial insights and partner with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented in a dynamic, growing business.

Responsibilities

• Assist with strategic initiatives, capital expenditure analysis, and other special projects as the company continues to expand.
