Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Senior Financial Analyst in West Palm Beach to lead FP&A activities and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and working capital, building models and KPI dashboards for executive decision-making.

Collaborate with IT and BI teams to improve data accuracy and reporting, delivering timely leadership-ready summaries and insights for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of FP&A experience.
• Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Vena, Anaplan, Datarails, Planful, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, operating expenses, working capital, and cash flow trends.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools for leadership teams.
• Partner with IT and business intelligence teams to enhance dashboard reporting and data accuracy.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, performance summaries, and KPI analysis.
• Identify business risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives through financial analysis.

Title: Senior Financial Analyst Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 Location: West Palm Beach, FL
