Responsibilities

• Prepare and present insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans in collaboration with department heads and senior management. Maintain and develop KPIs.
• Analyze financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key drivers of variance and providing actionable insights to management.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance financial reporting capabilities, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.
• Collaborate closely with departments across the organization, gather input, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment of financial plans with operational goals.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as requested by senior management, providing timely and accurate insights to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and CFO, you will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analytical projects as well as have direct contact with Senior Executives for this dynamic organization.

Responsibilities
