  • Own Accounts Payable processes, including vendor management, invoice processing, timely payments, and identifying cost saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial records across all core accounts.
  • Manage and execute month end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met, reports are accurate, and variance drivers are explained.
  • Support annual tax preparation and coordination with external accountants.
  • Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting, and monitor departmental budgets for spending trends and risk.
Payroll, Commissions, and Bonus Tracking
  • Manage consultant and contractor payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment to company policy.
  • Track commissions and bonuses, ensure accurate calculations, and reconcile supporting data sources.
  • Maintain centralized financial agreement tracking, including monthly reconciliation and follow up as needed.
Reporting, Dashboards, and Data Analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial packages for leadership, including key insights, trends, and recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and monthly presentations for stakeholders across departments including Sales, Talent, Operations, and Technology.
  • Conduct data analysis to translate raw financial and operational data into actionable insights that support executive decision making.
  • Partner with leadership to create reporting that drives accountability, performance tracking, and forward looking planning.
Compliance and Contract Support
  • Own and manage state compliance across all states Incisive operates in including registrations, reporting, and tax related requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to review client contracts for insurance limits, compliance requirements, and alignment to company policies.
  • Build tracking systems and internal controls that ensure compliance is proactive, not reactive.
Cross Functional Operations Support
  • Identify process gaps, improve workflows, and implement systems that reduce errors and increase operational efficiency.
  • Project manage finance and operations initiatives that support company growth goals and improve financial visibility.
  • Support internal teams as needed, including onboarding and offboarding processes for consultants when priorities require additional bandwidth.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience finance, accounting, compliance, operations, or related roles, ideally in a B2B services environment.
  • Strong experience with month end close, reconciliation, and producing accurate financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including the ability to clean datasets, reconcile numbers, and build scalable reporting.
  • Proven ability to turn large datasets into actionable dashboards and insights for leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to design systems and controls that catch issues early.
  • Self starter mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with Sales, Talent, Operations, and Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
