Job summary

Cast & Crew, a leading entertainment technology and services provider, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to advance financial analysis, reporting, and modeling across the organization.

You will develop complex financial models, forecast and budget with senior management, and deliver insights that drive strategic growth. A degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years in a structured finance environment are required, with proficiency in Oracle Cloud Reporting & Planning and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a structured finance environment (FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking).
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting & Planning or similar packages.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements).
  • Strong understanding of three-statement financial modeling and budgeting processes.
  • Experience using data analytics tools to drive insights.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive financial analyses for internal and external reporting.
  • Lead business analytics, metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead long-term forecasting and near-term budgeting with senior management.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenarios and evaluations.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and drive business improvements.
  • Present financial insights and analysis to internal stakeholders.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will take on a more advanced role with additional responsibilities in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling. This position requires a higher level of technical expertise and functional knowledge of financial and operational analysis tasks. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive financial growth for the organization.

Core Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and materials for both internal and external reporting, demonstrating advanced technical skills.
  • Lead business analytics by preparing key business metrics, conducting trend analyses, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Take a lead role in long‑term forecasting and near‑term budgeting processes, collaborating with senior management for financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess various financial scenarios and aid in strategic evaluations.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to identify trends and provide in‑depth insights for business improvement.
  • Conduct in‑depth profitability analysis to evaluate the performance of different business units and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage in regular communications with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to present financial insights and analysis.
Key Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree is required. Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields are preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a structured Finance environment, with a focus on financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Proficiency in using Oracle Cloud Reporting & Planning or similar Enterprise‑level financial packages is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivots, VLookup, IF statements, etc., are essential for complex financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of three‑statement financial modeling and financial planning processes.
  • Experience utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to drive business insights and decision‑making.

Special Work Conditions
  • Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year.
