Our client, a premier firm in high-profile advisory and consulting services, is experiencing significant growth with an average of four acquisitions annually. They are seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic FP&A team, focusing on the core mechanics of corporate financial reporting and planning.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst to gain high visibility within an innovative and collaborative environment, offering unparalleled potential for rapid professional growth as you directly contribute to strategic financial decision-making for a thriving enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on analysis and consolidation of core financial statements, including monthly balance sheet consolidation, to ensure accuracy and provide critical insights into the company's financial position.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive cash planning and forecasting, ensuring optimal liquidity management and strategic allocation of financial resources.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking, specifically for Corporate Development and M&A initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management, translating complex financial data into actionable insights on profitability, financial health, and areas for strategic improvement.
  • Provide essential ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, with a strong focus on interpreting and connecting insights across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of working extensively with corporate financial data, consolidating financial statements (especially the balance sheet), and managing cash flow planning.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of the interrelationships between the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, performance metrics, and key financial ratios.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Candidates with experience directly from corporate finance departments (e.g., manufacturing, tech, logistics, healthcare, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 Location: 100% Remote (US-Based)
