StevenDouglas has partnered with a health company that is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst with 5–10 years of experience to join the Finance team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a strong command of SQL and Power BI, who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets using SQL to uncover trends and deliver insights.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and financial performance for business stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to support budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  • Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead ad hoc analysis projects related to cost optimization, pricing strategy, revenue trends, and capital investments.
