JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead advanced financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision making and support overall business performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Leads development and maintenance of complex financial models and forecasts.
• Conducts in-depth analysis of financial performance and identifies key drivers.
• Prepares and presents comprehensive financial reports and presentations to senior management.
• Provides strategic financial analysis to support business initiatives.
• Develops and implements financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Leads cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Identifies and evaluates financial risks and opportunities.
• Conducts regular general ledger and bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity.
• Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Leads and/or guides the work of other employees.
• Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related field, and five (5) to seven (7) years of financial analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with financial planning and reporting systems.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certifications preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
