Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience with E1, Corrigo, Azara, TM1 financial software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with senior level exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for portfolio analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JLL standards.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses that inform strategic decision-making across business lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting updates for assigned portfolios.
• Partner with senior leadership to prepare board presentations and client reporting packages.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
