Job summary

ICOP, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and operational leaders to turn complex data into clear insights that drive growth.

This is a full-time role in the Finance Department with in-office work five days a week. The ideal candidate has strong financial fundamentals, business acumen, and a proven ability to translate numbers into business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or finance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

Join our fast-growing design-build company, ICOP Inc., as a Senior Financial Analyst, where your role will directly support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. You’ll work alongside Finance, Accounting, and operational business leaders to turn complex financial and operational data into clear insights that help the business grow.

This is a full-time role within the Finance Department, requiring five days per week in the office.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play an important role in helping ICOP, Inc., understand performance and plan for what’s next. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing financial performance to trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
• Building and maintaining budgets, forecasts, financial models, and management reporting.
• Partnering with Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to provide insights that drive informed decisions.
• Translating complex financial data into clear recommendations
• Improving financial processes and reporting and identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong financial fundamentals with curiosity, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate insights clearly.

Required / Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, plus 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or finance
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Ability to turn complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights.

Nice to Have

You’ll stand out if you also bring:

• Experience in the construction industry or another project-based business.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Experience working with large financial datasets or building standardized reporting.
• Knowledge of GAAP, fundamental accounting principles, and Work in Process (WIP) accounting.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate or professional-services environment.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or progress toward a relevant professional qualification.
