Kiss Nail Products, Inc. in Port Washington, NY is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to build financial models, projections, and executive analyses while partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions.

This role will drive reporting automation, KPI governance, and finance projects, influencing budgeting, forecasting, lender reporting, and operational initiatives. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you will support governance, financial planning, and ad hoc analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 3+ years FP&A or related experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance-management processes.
• Prepare management reporting packages, financial analyses, variance reviews, and executive-level presentations.
• Support monthly and year-end close activities and maintain financial schedules and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate banking, covenant compliance, lender reporting, audit requests, and other financing-related documentation.
• Support financial dashboards, reporting tools, data integrity, automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Partner with business teams to evaluate financial impacts, support operational initiatives, and provide financial guidance.
• Support special projects and other Finance priorities as needed.

The anticipated compensation range is 22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
