What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial analysis and support across various areas such as P&L forecasting, cash flow analysis, and investor relations
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models while seeking innovative solutions to improve efficiency
- Produce financial and key performance indicator reports, including variance and trending analysis
- Support the month-end financial close process by analyzing data and identifying inconsistencies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including data entry using Hyperion Planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in finance or accounting
- 4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting function, preferably in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data mining and converting large data sets into usable formats for financial decision-making
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EBS
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
