Job summary

Koch is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Plano, TX to own consolidated financial reporting and deliver insights that influence leaders’ decisions. You will lead monthly and quarterly reports, build scalable dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Koch businesses.

You will drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and decision support using data, automation, and emerging technologies. This role excludes visa sponsorship at this time.

This role is responsible for leading monthly and quarterly reporting processes, developing scalable reporting solutions, partnering with stakeholders across Koch businesses, and advancing reporting best practices through the use of data, automation, and emerging technologies.

Your Job

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will own consolidated financial reporting and deliver insights that help leaders make better business decisions. This role is responsible for leading monthly and quarterly reporting processes, developing scalable reporting solutions, partnering with stakeholders across Koch businesses, and advancing reporting best practices through the use of data, automation, and emerging technologies.

You will have the opportunity to influence how financial information is consumed across the organization while helping drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and decision support.

This role is not open to a VISA transfer at this time and will not be able to provide immigration support in the future.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, reporting, or a related discipline.
• Experience analyzing data and translating results into business insights and recommendations.
• Experience communicating and presenting to stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI for reporting, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
