What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide financial analysis and support across various areas including P&L forecasting, cash flow analysis, and investor relations
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models to streamline financial processes
- Produce frequent financial and key performance indicator reports, including variance analysis
- Support the month-end financial close process by analyzing data and identifying discrepancies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including data entry and report production
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in finance or accounting
- 4+ years of experience in a finance or accounting function, preferably in financial planning and analysis
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data mining and converting large data sets for financial decision-making
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EBS
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple business functions
