This position supports the Corporate FP&A team by managing the Corporate SG&A and Capex spend for monthly actuals, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. Responsibilities include reviewing results to ensure reporting accuracy, performing financial analysis on key metrics, and developing high-quality reports for management. The successful candidate will facilitate communication and coordination across departments within CNH.

This role is located in Oak Brook, IL and offers a hybrid work environment: three days onsite and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consolidate and analyze monthly SG&A spending; report findings to top management and finance teams.
2. Prepare and analyze variances against budgets and forecasts; identify trends and provide decision-making data.
3. Coordinate the preparation of forecast, flash, and budget schedules and summaries.
4. Support data loading and consolidation activities for forecasts and budgets.
5. Assist in preparing reports for finance and business teams, including monthly and forecast presentations.
6. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
7. Support cost center controlling activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end journal entries.
8. Manage administrative duties related to SG&A control, such as Uplan requests and cost center management.
9. Prepare and distribute financial reports as needed.
10. Perform ad hoc analyses, projects, and other duties as assigned.

Annual compensation ranges from $84,375 to $123,750, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in financial analysis, reporting, data analysis, or modeling

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced PC skills: spreadsheets, PowerPoint, charts, modeling
• Knowledge of HFM and Essbase
• Experience in a publicly traded company
• High attention to detail
• Strong self-motivation and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
