Job summary

CFS in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team on a fully onsite basis at East Nashville. The role partners with business leaders to drive forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision making across the organization, with a focus on financial modeling and performance insights.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and financial reporting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Partner with operational leaders to support strategic planning initiatives.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Support business case development, profitability analysis, and investment evaluations.
• Assist with financial planning, KPI tracking, and management reporting.
• Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data accuracy.
