What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Prepare monthly expense forecasts for various P&Ls, including Selling, Marketing, and General and Administrative
  • Build financial models, analyze data, and generate insights to influence business decisions
  • Review financial close entries and statements for accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze variances and provide commentary to enhance understanding and drive improvements
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 3-5 years of financial analysis experience; FP&A or consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a similar subject area
  • Strong understanding of P&L
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Working knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (Cloud EPM) and Power BI
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data modeling skills, including summarizing detailed data from multiple sources
