Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with PivotTables and financial modeling.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Obtains claims data from third party claim administrators, brokers and the company’s own risk management information system, analyzes for accuracy, and reports results and trends.
• Supports Month-end and Quarter-end close activities by preparing analytical reports.
• Performs variance analysis to identify key drivers and communicates findings to management.
• Develops, maintains, and automates financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Identifies opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and analytics solutions.
• Assists in preparing for internal and external audits.
• Assists in non-routine/ad hoc analyses as needed.

Requirements
