Job summary

Jobtailor in Miami, FL is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and variance analyses. You will own AI-enabled analytics reporting, optimize revenue and operating metrics, and automate recurring finance activities across ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years experience or Master's with 3+ years or Doctoral with 0-2 years.
• Experience in business planning, strategic development, FP&A, or analytical roles.
• Demonstrated experience with process automation, advanced Excel modeling, or BI/reporting tools.
• High level of comfort working with large datasets across multiple systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, margin economics, and operating metrics.
• Experience using or implementing AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, Power Query, RPA) is a plus.
