DEPARTMENT SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Senior Manager, Strategic Finance will support quantitative and qualitative analysis of key operational aspects of the company to track progress toward goals and inform financial planning. The ideal candidate possesses a mix of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as the role involves detailed financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
This role serves as a senior contributor to the company’s financial strategy, independently driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities and providing forward-looking insights that inform key business decisions.
The position is headquartered onsite in Hamilton, WA. Employees residing in Washington or Oregon may work in a hybrid model and travel onsite as needed.
