Screenverse is an adtech company driving programmatic adoption in the dynamic digital-out-of-home (DOOH) advertising category. We provide ad management and monetization services for digital screen owners via our multi-product platform. We help our partners optimize revenue while enabling brands to reach their audiences in the physical world. Founded in 2020, we have grown our network to over 100,000 screens and raised our first round of funding in 2024. We are well-positioned to bring the power of programmatic advertising to unique DOOH inventory at scale.

About the Role

This fully remote, multidisciplinary role combines data analysis, business partnerships, accounting, and financial operations. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting, you will be a key member of the Finance team, collaborating with Sales, Supply, and Partnerships teams. Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Calculation and Modeling (60%)
   • Aggregate raw data from multiple platforms into clean datasets for analysis
   • Build and manage revenue models to calculate revenue shares and incentives between Screenverse and partners
   • Update models based on contractual changes
2. Accounting and Reporting (20%)
   • Generate partner invoices for the general ledger accurately and promptly
   • Create billing and activity statements for external distribution
   • Conduct variance analysis to resolve billing disputes
3. Working Capital Management (20%)
   • Assist CFO in forecasting monthly cash burn by analyzing cash collection trends
   • Track and analyze partner A/R and A/P balances to identify risks
   • Support the Director in calculating and tracking partner distributions for accuracy

Assist in special initiatives such as audits and ad hoc analyses as requested by senior management.

About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role within Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative environment
• Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, working with large datasets, and automating workflows
• Experience with complex revenue arrangements involving pass-through income to multiple partners
• Strong understanding of business and accounting principles, gained through work and education
• Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on error elimination
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to develop workflows that improve efficiency
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar software
• Knowledge of programmatic advertising or DOOH media is a plus
