Opportunity at a Glance — Adtalem is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Director of Finance of the Elevate business unit. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in enabling Adtalem to continue to realize its growth ambitions and deliver on its mission at scale. The role includes financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, day-to-day reporting, to support decision making for senior management. Responsibilities

• Play a critical role in preparing Elevate’s annual budget and monthly close and forecasts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for key stakeholders (e.g. Adtalem board, Elevate leadership team, C-suite, etc.)
• Make recommendations to Elevate leadership informed by financial analysis and ongoing monitoring of business performance
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc projects including new business case analysis, capital investments, and operational efficiency reviews
• Collaborate closely with broader Adtalem finance/accounting teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years progressive experience with financial analysis or corporate finance
• Detail-oriented with strong pride in work product
• Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis; well-versed in P&L
• Excellent team player and collaborator
• Solution-oriented mindset with a positive approach
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet demanding deadlines

In support of pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $61,720.78 and $111,584.97. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
