Senior Financial Analyst – High-Growth Healthcare Platform (Remote)

A private-equity backed healthcare services company with approximately half a billion in annual revenue is adding a Senior Financial Analyst to its lean FP&A team. What you’ll do
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models supporting revenue, margin, and cost trends
- Deliver monthly budget variance reports and partner with department leads to manage spend
- Lead ad-hoc analysis on pricing, service-line growth, and cost containment initiatives
- Support the monthly forecasting process and annual budgeting cycle
- Blend operational and financial KPIs to create dashboards and presentations for leadership
- Contribute to the professionalization of FP&A systems and processes
Ideal Background
- 2–4+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, transaction advisory, valuation, investment banking, or Big Four audit (preferably with healthcare clients)
- Strong modeling and Excel skills with the ability to tell a story through numbers
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Background in healthcare services, multi-site operations, or similar high-growth environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; honors or professional credentials (CPA, CFA) a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
Location Requirement
- This is a remote-first role, but preference is given to candidates based in South Florida who can attend periodic in-person meetings. Candidates must be based in the United States.
