Job Description

This role offers an experienced Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Supervisor the opportunity to step into a high-impact FP&A Manager position within a manufacturing environment. You will own key plant finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, while partnering closely with operations and plant leadership. The position provides significant visibility, hands‑on exposure to cost accounting and operations, and a clear path toward broader plant finance and FP&A leadership responsibilities.

Essential Skills

  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience working with large data sets and transforming data into actionable business insights.
  • Solid understanding of month‑end close processes and financial reporting requirements.
  • Ability to clearly communicate financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAGE, AS400, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong overall systems aptitude.

  • Familiarity with cloud‑based ERP or reporting systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with operations and supply chain teams to drive performance improvements.

Work Environment

This is an on‑site position based in Blanchester, OH, within a collaborative manufacturing environment. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as business needs require. You will work closely with both finance and operations teams and serve as a key financial partner and trusted advisor to site and regional leadership. The role involves regular use of ERP systems such as SAGE, AS400, or similar platforms, as well as advanced Excel and other analytical tools. The environment emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, high visibility to leadership, and strong opportunities for professional growth within manufacturing finance and FP&A.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
