Job summary

E Tech Group in Metro Detroit seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver financial insights, build robust models, and support strategic planning across Life Sciences and manufacturing sectors.

You will forecast, budget, and analyze performance using Intacct, Excel, and FP&A tools, prepare executive reports, maintain dashboards, and help optimize bonus plans to drive profitability and growth, collaborating with divisional controllers and leadership for proactive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.
• Experience with FP&A software preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial ratios.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

• Collaborate with senior sales leadership on monthly and annual sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for business scenarios and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards that support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Create and maintain financial and operational reports in Intacct.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve technical issues within Intacct.
• Deliver insights and recommendations that improve profitability, efficiency, and growth.
• Partner with divisional controllers and business leaders to provide financial guidance and support.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Contribute to miscellaneous projects as
