A leading university is seeking a Senior Financial Aid Specialist - Compliance to support their Financial Aid function. This role includes auditing, process analysis, and collaboration with leadership on improvements and training. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Title IV administration and familiarity with financial aid regulations.

The Senior Financial Aid Specialist - Compliance supports the Financial Aid function at Herzing University with policy, procedure, technology, and process optimization needs. This role requires high attention to detail and technical proficiency. The Senior Specialist also needs the ability to generate innovative ideas. The role serves on the Financial Aid Compliance Team within the Home Office division of Financial Aid.
Pay: Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. The hourly pay range is $27.80 to $37.61. We offer a benefits package including tuition waiver, health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
