About the Role
We’re looking for experienced advisors with real sales skill, and the maturity to thrive in a team based environment. This is not an entry-level role and it’s not a lone-wolf setup. If you’re strong in client conversations, comfortable recommending annuities when appropriate, and want a steady stream of qualified retirement-focused opportunities, keep reading.
Responsibilities
- Conduct retirement-focused planning conversations with pre-retirees and retirees
- Lead 8–12 new initial appointments per week, with additional follow-ups as needed
- Deliver clear, compliant recommendations across investment and annuity solutions
- Operate within a fiduciary-first, team-based sales environment
- Work closely with internal support, onboarding, and operations teams so you can stay client-facing
- You are not responsible for marketing, ad spend, or building funnels. Your job is to advise and close.
Qualifications
- Active Series 65, CFP, or series 66 + 7 combined.
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- Minimum 1–3 years of client-facing advisory experience
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Comfort working with retirement-age clients

Pay range and compensation package
- W-2 employee role
- Base salary negotiable based on experience
- Target first-year total compensation: $150,000+
