Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business or related field.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 65/63) licenses.
• Life and Health Insurance License.
• 3+ years as a financial advisor or related role.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and wealth management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a book of business and build a client pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding financial goals.
• Provide customized investment strategies, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and risk management solutions.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and adjust recommendations based on market conditions and objectives.
• Stay up to date with financial regulations, market trends, and new investment opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.
