Qualifications

• 3+ years in processing or customer service, preferably in banking, finance, insurance, or investment.
• Series 7 and Series 63 or 66 license required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisor to prepare for client meetings and follow-up actions.
• Manage retail referrals by connecting with prospects, scheduling appointments, and tracking status.
• Gather client data for financial planning and assist in delivering results for advisor review.
• Run, analyze, and summarize proactive reports to support advisor decision-making.
• Execute trades as directed by the Advisor or client.
• Prepare advisory review reports and coordinate scheduling of client reviews.
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Support internal and external communications, including handling phone calls.
