Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in comprehensive financial planning.
- Strong knowledge across retirement, tax, estate, insurance, charitable, and equity compensation planning.
- Hybrid schedule (remote and onsite in Solana Beach, CA).
- CFP designation required; CPA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead advisor and primary relationship manager for assigned clients.
- Guide the financial planning process and implement comprehensive strategies.
- Coordinate with attorneys, tax professionals, and insurance advisors.
- Mentor Advisors and Associate Advisors through coaching and collaboration.
- Contribute to firm growth through business development and strategic initiatives.
