The role emphasizes delivering investment and insurance solutions through comprehensive financial planning, coaching branch teams, and partnering with Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, and other lines of business to best serve clients across branches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 1 year of investment sales experience.
• Series 7, 63, 65/66 and Life and Health licenses.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of investment and insurance sales experience preferred.
• Trailing production of $400,000+ from an existing book.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal production and customer service goals for branches.
• Provide investment/insurance solutions using comprehensive financial planning.
• Coach branch staff to profile customers and identify goals.
• Provide training and sales support to branches.
• Partner with Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, etc. to serve clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
