First Command is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to serve existing military families, delivering comprehensive financial planning and personalized guidance. This role emphasizes long-term relationships and a high-touch, consultative approach in Stafford, VA.

You will leverage wealth-management expertise to craft strategies across accumulation, preservation, and legacy, while expanding the client base through referrals and a commitment to client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services with a proven client-relations track record.
• Licensing: Series 7 & 66 (or 6/63/65) and Life & Health license required.
• Military experience or affiliation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor to clients across wealth stages—accumulation, preservation, and legacy.
• Develop advanced, personalized financial plans integrating investments, retirement, taxes, and estate considerations.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience built on clarity, confidence, and responsiveness.
• Engage the military community to generate referrals and new opportunities.
• Grow the practice through referrals and long-term client engagement.
