Responsibilities

• Achieve personal production goals and deliver exceptional customer service for branches and book of business.
• Use financial planning tools to align assets, goals, time horizon and risk tolerance.
• Provide investment and insurance solutions based on a comprehensive plan.
• Coach branch staff to profile customers and identify short- and long-term goals.
• Deliver ongoing training and sales support to branches for great client experiences.
• Partner with Mortgage, Business Banking and Private Bank to meet client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
