Super Products LLC in Mukwonago, WI, is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support the Controller and VP of Rental. Responsibilities include month-end close, financial reporting, budget analysis, fleet and lease accounting, and strengthening internal controls for rental operations.

You will prepare reports, analyze variances, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams to safeguard assets and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA/CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide financial decisions, protect assets, and maintain financial security by monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures and internal controls.
• Support the month-end close process by preparing complete financial statements, schedules, and analyses for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee fleet licensing, renewals, tax obligations, and lease administration for rental locations.
• Calculate and process quarterly rental commission payouts with data validation and documentation.
• Monitor operating expenses against budget and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate transitions of finished goods into the rental fleet and ensure asset tracking.
