Job summary

MW Components, Inc. is seeking a senior financial accountant to join the finance team. The role maintains accurate financial records, supports month-end and year-end close, and ensures compliance with GAAP and company policies.

You will work with cross-functional teams on internal controls, audits, and financial reporting, managing intercompany activity, fixed assets, inventories, and ERP consolidation using SAP, NetSuite, Visual, Epicor, Hyperion or Adaptive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years public accounting or 5–8 years industry experience in manufacturing/industrial space.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with inventory accounting, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
• Experience with audits in a public company environment and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare reconciliations and financial statements, plus schedules.
• Lead inter-company and banking activity reconciliations.
• Coordinate quarterly balance sheet reviews and audits.
• Assist with tax, statutory and compliance reporting.
