Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field with accounting coursework.
• 2+ years of accounting, audit, advisory, or finance transformation experience.
• Understanding of close, reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and R2R.
• Professional services experience and client-facing work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities on projects.

Responsibilities

• Support finance transformation and accounting advisory initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Assess finance and accounting processes, including close, reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and other key accounting activities, to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply a strong accounting foundation to help clients address finance, accounting, reporting, and operational challenges.
• Support the design and implementation of improved finance and accounting processes, controls, and technology solutions.
• Analyze financial and operational data and help translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support project delivery activities, including workplan execution, documentation, client communications, and development of client deliverables.
