Job summary

SBA Communications seeks a Senior Enterprise Applications Support Analyst to deliver advanced application support across HR and business functions. You’ll work with ERP and enterprise systems such as Dynamics GP, CLM, CRM/DS365, SharePoint, UiPath, Oracle, Workiva, and custom in-house apps, providing Tier 2/3 support and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications support or related role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), Financial platforms (Dynamics) and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of data governance (SOX/ITGC).
• Experience supporting global operations and working with cross-regional teams.
• Knowledge of integrations, data management, and system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for ERP and enterprise applications (Dynamics GP, CLM, CRM/DS365, SharePoint, UiPath, Oracle, Workiva, in-house apps).
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding the business and internal customers.
• Advise and guide users in effective use of ERP and enterprise applications, including end-user training.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support system integrations, data flows, software enhancements, and third-party products.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual system processes to ensure reliable operations.
• Perform unit testing and coordinate UAT, regression testing, and release validation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, knowledge base articles, and incident records.
• Analyze data trends and system performance to recommend improvements.

This role combines analytical expertise with functional system knowledge to support ongoing transformation efforts within Enterprise Applications Support.What You Will Do – Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide enterprise-wide support for one or more ERP and business applications, including Dynamics GP, CLM, CRM/DS365, Enterprise Content Management systems (Perceptive/Hyland, SharePoint), UiPath (RPA), Oracle, Workiva, custom-developed in-house applications, and future implemented solutions.Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise applications, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and timely follow-up to meet internal customer needs.Deliver excellent customer service by developing a strong understanding of the company’s business, responding effectively to internal customers, and following through on commitments.Advise, support, and guide users in the effective use of ERP and enterprise applications, including facilitating end-user training as needed.Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions that support operational and business objectives.Support system integrations, data flows, software enhancements, third-party products, and process automation initiatives following implementation.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual system processes to ensure reliable and compliant operations.Drive continuous improvement through discovery, development, and optimization of business processes, internal department workflows, and application support services.Support SOX compliance through strong end-user support, adherence to IT department standards, and proper documentation and approval processes.Perform unit testing and coordinate formal end-user User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and release validation to ensure timely and successful completion.Develop and maintain documentation including SOPs, process maps, knowledge base articles, and incident records in the department’s tracking system, including monitoring follow-up actions as needed.Analyze data trends and system performance to recommend improvements, maximize productivity, and support execution with a high attention to detail.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HRIS, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to support enterprise applications and related initiatives.Perform other projects and duties as assigned.What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements`Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field.5+ years of experience in enterprise applications support or related role.Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), Financial platforms (Dynamics) and enterprise systems.Strong understanding of data governance (SOX/ITCG)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience supporting global operations and working with cross-regional teams.Knowledge of integrations, data management, and system configurations.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
