What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the delivery of the Finance Systems & Analytics Roadmap to enhance operational efficiency
- Administer and improve the Adaptive Planning system, managing user access and reporting processes
- Lead initiatives for automation and standardization in financial planning and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system changes and address business needs
- Utilize SQL for integration enhancements and perform ad hoc analyses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems implementation
- At least 1 year of experience supporting Workday Adaptive Planning
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus
- Strong understanding of FP&A and accounting processes; NetSuite experience is a plus
