• Strong commercial judgment and experience producing sound analysis from incomplete data.
• Exceptional executive communication skills and a record of influencing senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders on bespoke analyses relating to compensation and business economics.
• Frame ambiguous problems, structure rigorous analyses, and interpret results for decisions.
• Present concise findings and new perspectives to senior audiences.
