Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Eight or more years of software industry experience with a proven track record of shipping high quality products.
• Advanced knowledge of Accounting & Controls, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, Audit and Real Estate.
• Expert level understanding of software design principles, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and multithreading concepts.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit; candidates must live within 50 miles of Beachwood OH, Galesburg MI, Houston TX, Menomonee Falls WI, Moon Township PA or Raleigh NC or be Active Duty Military.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs.
• Create Dataflow and Process mappings.
• Assure the feasibility and sustainability of designed solutions.
• Design and evolve technical solutions that support current and future needs.
• Manage nonfunctional requirements and compliance.
• Define and prioritize enablers including exploration work and technical debt reduction.
• Enable CI/CD that enables immediate feedback and adjustment.
• Maintain architectural runways for a series of products within a Value Stream.
• Coordinate with Architects to expand use of existing applications to meet more requirements.
• Build BPMNs to standards and ArchiMate diagrams to depict architectures.
