Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Solution Designer for its Finance Product organization. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical delivery teams across Finance, Accounting, Workforce Planning, and Technology to design scalable planning and forecasting solutions in platforms like Anaplan and Pigment.

The ideal candidate combines finance domain expertise with strong analytical and communication skills, translating complex requirements into actionable designs and leading end-to-end

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, FP&A, Enterprise Applications, Product Delivery, or Solution Design.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, workforce planning, accounting, or enterprise finance processes.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering efforts.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
• Perform impact assessments, gap analyses, and feasibility evaluations across complex finance processes.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of finance technology initiatives from concept through deployment.
• Define scope, prioritize enhancements, and support roadmap planning activities.
• Facilitate UAT planning, testing, business signoff, and production readiness activities.
