Target is seeking a Senior Manager – Finance and Accounting in Washington, USA to drive financial oversight across functions and lead strategic initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams and strong financial governance to support Merchandising, Sales, and Planning decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with workers compensation claims.
• Experience in prior seller control.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Unbiased decision–making ability.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs and staffing plans to meet organizational goals.
