A leading finance consultancy in Tustin, California is seeking an experienced candidate to lead commercial and real estate finance transactions. Ideal applicants will have over 5 years of experience, a J.D. from a respected law school, and an active California Bar membership. Responsibilities include drafting loan documents and advising on UCC Articles. Strong document drafting and transaction management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, real estate finance, or both.
• Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception to closing.
• Draft and negotiate loan and security documents.
• Advise on UCC Articles and/or real estate secured lending matters.
• Work on both lender-side and borrower-side transactions.
