Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior finance professional to own revenue and margin analytics, reporting, and forecasting by channel and product line. You will lead the monthly analytics package and drive decisions with cross-functional partners across Commercial, Product, and Global Supply Chain.

The role requires strong leadership in sales forecasting, cost structure modeling, and process improvement, with experience in GAAP/SOX compliance and advanced analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for revenue and margin analytics, reporting, and forecasting by channel, product line and therapeutic area.
• Own the standard monthly financial analytics package necessary to measure financial results and guide future business decisions.
• Lead the sales forecast consolidation process, responsible for regional forecast collection & report out.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support as necessary to internal customers.
• Develop strong partnership with Commercial, Product, Global Supply Chain and Sourcing teams.
• Manage the SVG sales commissions process for direct sales organization.
• Lead in the design of new processes to improve finance team and business productivity.
• Collects and analyzes customer/market data to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demands.
• Build models and analysis tools to identify cost structure and margin enhancement initiatives.
