The role partners with VP-level operations finance, cross-functional leaders in Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting and Tech to translate financial data into actionable targets, operating plans, and performance insights, while building

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools
• 10+ years in roles requiring analysis and reporting of financial results
• 8+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets for decision-making
• 8+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• 7+ years directly managing and leading a team of 10+
• 12+ years in finance, accounting, or related analytical field
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field

Responsibilities

• Own Defect Cost Controllership across NA and provide cost attribution and P&L mapping for targets
• Own Inventory Quality Finance with controllership across damages, adjustments, removals and SOX for global inventory
• Lead organization design, leadership development, and scalable analytics and business partnership
