Job summary

Linedata, a global financial technology company, is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join the North America Finance team in Boston. You will lead monthly reporting, budgeting, and analytics, partnering with the NA CFO and global FP&A teams to drive insights and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, and modeling.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and KPIs.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial systems experience.
• Analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights.
• Independent work style with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting and analysis across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and driver analysis.
• Coordinate with Paris FP&A to ensure consolidated reporting in Tagetik.
• Develop financial presentations and reviews for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes.
• Collaborate with revenue and cost teams and offshore accounting for accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits and tax-related activities.
• Contribute to real estate, insurance, and other finance initiatives as needed.
