CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and controllership across the organization. This role partners with operational and regional leaders to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

The Finance Manager will own budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and team development, ensuring data integrity used by executives.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
• 1–2 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience owning the budget, forecast, and financial reporting cycle for a business unit or organization.
• Strong experience preparing executive-level financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to partner with operational leaders and influence decisions with data-driven insights.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and distribute monthly consolidated financial performance reports by region and business line.
• Develop monthly management reporting packages communicating performance, trends, and variances vs budget/forecast.
