Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for Data Center Equipment, Procurement and Supply Chain, based in the United States. The role partners with the Data Center Equipment team to optimize capital allocation and supply chain decisions for data center assets such as transformers, switchgear and generators.

The position requires extensive FP&A experience in data centers, leadership skills to grow the team, and the ability to influence executive-level strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative field.
• 14 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or related function, or an advanced degree.
• 5 years of experience in data centers at hyperscaler, developer, or data center supplier.
• Experience in data center infrastructure within a technology company.
• Experience building, developing and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to shape long-range supply chain strategies and optimize the global data center footprint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence design decisions, reduce supply chain complexity and maximize cash flow.
• Drive initiatives by defining key success metrics and ambitious goals across organizations for program execution.
• Lead development and automation of advanced financial tools to enable scalable processes and data-driven decisions.
• Mentor and build a strong Data Center Finance team and culture.
