The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a focus on P&L management, expanding Free Cash Flow (FCF), and the ability to form partnerships with business leaders to identify opportunities, manage costs, and implement robust financial controls. Working with the Regional Finance Director for the Central and Southeast Regions in providing financial insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.
Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $119, 210 to $175, 000. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all national locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
