Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible financial management experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage funds from various sources totaling over $70 million in revenue.
• Oversee development of budgets for assigned areas.
• Monitor and analyze budget patterns, expenditures, and revenue.
• Develop and oversee financial systems and processes.
• Prepare complex forecasting and variance reports.
• Lead strategic financial planning with senior management.
• Develop detailed business plans for new and existing programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external offices to ensure policies are followed.
• Supervise finance staff across the designated area.
